If the product is defective upon receipt, we will gladly exchange and replace any defective items within the first 7 days of receipt of items  without extra charge.

If the item we ship to you is not the one you order,pls keep the same condition of the package and contact us ASAP for replacement. Opening the wrong item package without our authorization is regarded that you disqualify the package for return automatically.

Return Package MUST contain our RMA ( Return Material Authorization) and an email to state the reason for return,We will not honor the return if package missing retail box or accessories.
