FAQ
If only one speaker can work , how to solve this problem?
Firstly make sure if the AV cable are correct connected , then change your audio player like CD player or MP3 player , if it can work normally , then problem may come from audio player .
When play CD by computer , only one speaker works.
This problem usually takes place in fresh assembled PC , it only has one speaker work when play CD disc , yet it can work standard when play WAV or game . It’s because of CD-Rom doesn’t match well with sound card converter cord ; there should be a short circuit of one audio channel inside the cord . To solve this problem , you should refer related instruction manual to re-compose the prong sequence on the cord.
If no sound , Pls follow with below solution
1、Check the AC adaptor , make sure natural power supplied.
2、Make sure AV cable well connected.
3、Check player output being operating.
When choosing USB power supply , if distortion incurs while enlarge the volume.
This is a common problem when choosing USB power , as USB power can offer adequate power for the speaker . Under this situation , proper volume is recommended.
